Ever since I started GH I started to experience cramps in my abs while working on them…..as of lately its getting very bad…..last time it just happened on my 2md set of crunches…..the cramps were so bad that I though I ripped something….it lasted for about 30-45seconds…..no matter what I did the pain wouldn’t let go……
Does this happen to any of you?
I think I might start doing weaker abs exercises….
