I know that we have all put our time in doing flat and incline bench press. Try this once it will make every fiber in your chest scream for days. PUSH UPS 30 sets 20 reps with 45 seconds between sets. It made me deep sore for days. Just try it once if you are feeling kinda stale. I have done 315 for 20 reps on the bench press and it didn't come close to the soreness the pushups did. TRY IT!!!Comment
