    AI question

does letro need time to stabilize in the blood before it gets to work as an AI?

for example, if it was added 2 weeks into a test (enanthate) cycle at 0.25 mg ED (earliest possible date due to logistics), would that be early enough for it to get to work?

i had read on the t-nation steroid boards that they recommend starting letro 2 weeks before beginning cycle to allow it to stabilize in the blood. i'm not sure if there is any truth to this, intuitively it doesnt make much sense.

no. letrozole is rapidly absorbed by the body and immediately effective. of course it will not have any effect on existing estrogen levels although these levels should rapidly drop. the 2 week preload is suggested since it takes ~2-8 weeks to reach max stable blood plasma levels. remember to watch your blood lipids.

thanks. would it be wise to take it EOD as opposed to ED, to allow *some* estrogen to be in the body?

i originally wanted arimidex, but letro is all that was available
