    Sustanon 250/Deca 300 Stack Question

    I am new to this site so forgive me if I say something out of place. A few months back I took a Sus 250/Deca 300 cycle for 10 weeks, one shot of each a week. I gained a ton of strength, but not very much size what so ever. I want to do another cycle in a couple weeks and really want to see the strength increase as #1 because its important as to my motive of taking the cycles in the first place, but would really like to see a bit more size this time.

    No dont get me wrong, I am not talking about trying to blow up body builder status, just a nice 20lbs or so.

    So my question is, should I stick with the Sus 250/Deca 300 again and just try to eat more, or should I try a different combo? Saying that I would very much like to only have injectables. Also PCT opinions would be appreciated!


    I am 27, 5'11" 170lbs and probably 15lbs-20lbs of that is fat mainly concentrated in my mid section. This would be my 3rd cycle.

    Firstly im going to try to talk you out of this.
    With a proper diet, and the frame you have you can easily get to 210+ naturally. No reason to be using all of this when u have the natural resources to accomplish your goals infront of u

      Listen to Nigbo. You are not too young, but you are also not ready for gear. You really need to hone in on your diet and training. If those were spot on you would have gained size on your last cycle. You can gain 20 lbs easily with just proper diet.

        I actually agree with you guys. Problem is, I dont have the money to eat and supplement how I need to. I unfortunately gain fat very easily and have never been able to bulk naturally except at a sloths pace. And I may not know the secret body builders code to work out, but I do have a solid knowledge of how to have a correct training regiment. I am not trying to come off like I know more than anyone else, but I do know me.

        The other thing which like I said previously (my motivation) as to why I am doing another cycle is my main focus and goal in which to succeed. Although I truly do appreciate your opinions because I am sure you guys do know what your talking about, I would just really appreciate an answer to my previous question.

        I will be doing another cycle regardless so your positive opinions toward that would be very much appreciated.

          If you can't eat and supplement properly another cycle is useless. Sorry but you need to get a job and eat and forget doing a cycle. No one here is stupid enough to give cycle advice to a 170 lb guy who can't eat right. Waste your money, but don't ask us the best way to do it.

                Problem is you dont want to hear it

                How can you afford steroids and not food? Lets say you dont take our advice.

                Go ahead and waste your money juicing and not eating, as soon as the cycle is over your going to be the same size u were before.

                Also, if you dont eat and your jucing your going to just get fatter. Anytime dont eat properly your body stores food as fat because it thinks its starving. So if you juice your going to require more fuel for your body which u arnt giving it because you cant afford to eat. So your body is going to store even more fat thinking its starving

                So you can continue to not listen, if thats your choice enjoy being small and out of shape. Otherwise your more then welcome to stick around and learn and accomplish the goals you want the proper way.

                  I agree with them as well I've done a few cycles myself tryin to gain size thinking I could bypass the food and not have to eat so much..Results? 0 gains and smaller when I came off. I started eating the right quality and quantity of calories and realized that food is truly the most powerful anabolic tool you can utilize for great gains, so good luck.

                    You know I get what your sayin. But I dont think you quite understand what I am. I am NOT out of shape even remotely. I go to the gym 5 days a week sometimes 6. I eat just fine. Lots of greens, chicken, tuna, milk and quick burning carbs. I just cant afford to double or triple that intake. If I eat too much of other things, I start to gain fat. I work out hard and correctly whether any of you would like to believe it or not. I have tremendous strength for my size. I am very dense. I do not have the 170lbs frame you think I have. I look like I weigh 150. I am considered wirey.

                    You can have money for gear and not food because gear is a one time purchase, where food is a life changing on going purchase. You guys are stuck in a picture perfect world with this stuff and you know sometimes people just cant do every little thing absolutely 100% correct.

                    You also dont need to lecture me about how important food is and how your body operates with little or too much. What you seem to forget is God didnt just make one mold of person. Everyones body reacts differently to things and mine is one of them. I did the whole eating 6 or 7 times a day small meal thing and guess what! I gained negative weight. And I am not saying I am a starving child either. You all sound like your reading out of the how to use gear handbook. And for as much as you guys think you know, I would have expected the knowledge of diversity in the human body.

                    NOW!!! I know how to train just fine. My eating habits are not outstanding but above average, though I WILL LISTEN TO YOU ALL AND DO THE BEST I CAN TO INTAKE A BIT MORE OK>???                       there are thigns most of us know as common knowlege on how to go about things properly and maximize results

                          Run the Test at 500 for 14 weeks and the deca at 300 for 10. If you do not do this the deca will make you crash and you will suffer from ED

                            Look PUNK, you are like so many dumbass kids that come on these boards seeking a magic bullet. That magic bullet is FOOD.... not steroids! Steroids are for breaking through plateaus when you have reached your genetic limits. They simply WILL NOT put 20 lbs of permanent lean mass on your 170 pound clueless frame. ONLY FOOD WILL DO THAT!!!! It is obvious to everyone except you that you are doing every thing ass backwards. You are 170 lbs and 20 of those lbs are fat around the waist. The simple fact is this...it takes at least a year of hard work and discipline to add 20-30 lbs and you obviously lack both work ethic and discipline. But when you are given the correct advice...and for you that advice is A STEROID CYCLE WILL NOT HELP YOU ATTAIN WHAT YOU ARE AFTER, you get angry and belligerent. If you want 20 more pounds learn how to eat and how to lift. Please no more about how strong and dense you are. You have received valuable advice here.                               . Goddamn you filthy little fucking punk. Wtf r u thinking. I'd like to cave your skull in Forkboy er a I mean Punkboy heheheh. Ok had to get that out of my system. Honestly I don't blame you for wanting to juice and get more for your workout buck so to speak. Most people don't do everything right anyhow. But listen up: If you just got through doing 300mg/200mg/wk first few times user, how the hell is it you didn't gain at least 20lbs with at least half being solid gains! You're not doing something right and must be doing a whole lot wrong. A beginner user such as you should have grown like a weed off that! I'd say your diet is shit. Instead of upping doses so you can use it as an excuse to slack on diet read some basic roid facts : ie pdr states for positive nitrogen retention to occur suffient caloric &protein intake must be present. - not verbatum. So just a basic fact: If you don't eat enough and don't take in enough protein you're wasting your time & money.
