Who do you appreciate from this board and why?

Ill start

Id like to thank VJ for going above and beyond the call of duty to help me out with a diet. I have good genetics and dont need to diet, but I realized that eating horrible despite the way I look is killing me slowly on the inside

I explained this to him and he really did a lot to help out with my goals and overall improve my quality of life in the long run.

Id like to also show some love to all the mods here who works hard to keep this board up and running.

A lot of people do a lot of things on this board, and many others for that matter and never get the proper credit they deserve, whether they asked for it or not. I personally have even been a victim of asking for advice from people and not giving them credit or even utilizing the information I asked for.

Well VJ is my boy and has been since my first day on I-T and I guess I am partial to all of the mods considering we are like our own little group inside of a much larger group, but as far as general members go I would have to say I appreciate Rocky for always trying to smooth over the drama before it starts, got to give it up to MG for being the only active female on the board lol. MRHTBD for always sticking it out even though he was getting alot of flack at one time and for always making threads even when ppl dont respond to half of them atleast he is trying to keep things active.

USNCTT thank you for the comment, you as well as others, Nigbo and Lifts, in particular, have made some difficult yet eye-opening comments to me that actually troubled me enough to stop and think what the hell is actually traversing this thick skull and why. In a way, the friends, foes and miscreants on this board are what keeps me coming back.
Oh, by the way, I don't actually know of any miscreants, just thought it would spice up the quote.
Also, Kudos to Zerker, DRVrrjay, BigKarch, Black, JBenz, Thate, that Asian guy who used to be skinny but now is getting laid, and many more but recently my memory has been living in the present with all the techno music I listen to, and I can't off-cuff list their names.
We-ve travelled a distance for sure, though, huh?
Now, where's the steak and beer?

I'd like to give a special thanks to lifts-1) for having started this forum 2) for the help he has given me in the past as he is never too busy to answer a pm!
nigbo, jbenz, mrhtbd, p.bateman, usnctt, and there are many more, all of u guys are great man...it seems like i can always count on responses even if half of my threads are pure BS and about nothing lol
the first time JBenz saw my pic he said i looked like i was 200lbs (im 6'2", 240lbs) ...hes a jackass but we wont tell him that jk buddy lol
and i know everyone is gonna leave him off but id like to thank hotrocks! he may piss everyone off here but me but im glad he's here cause he cracks me up.
guys i kno i havent been a big attribute to this board as i dont kno a whole hell of alot but i have learned lots of things since ive been here and enjoy all the feedback...if i could just get u crazy mf'ers to stop tryin to beat each other up through the computer screen...

Hotrocks used to be a member at WCBB and he always made me laugh in the shoutbox.
John Benz is a very well-mannered man and always makes nice comments when I join a board.
Bassy has been my darling for years. He always stands up for me no matter what I do. He also made Editor In Chief of the WCBB Online Magazine and that's something that I'll never forget!
Liftsiron always gives great advice about training, nutrition and everything else. His articles are awesome.
karchie and I talk on the phone from time to time, he has a sexy voice and a great laugh!
I don't know Nigbo very well but he seems pretty cool.
2BIGFRED doesn't like it when a member is mean to me and that's something that I really appreciate.
I like Black7's, P. Bateman's and mrhtbd's posts.

I don't know the other members long enough but I'm pretty sure that this community is just as cool as WCBB, my home. Thank you all for having me
