1-AD cycle length and dosage

Has anyone used 1-AD. I have heard this is supposed to be a great alternative to steroids. If so, can you recommend the length of time to take this and the daily dosage? I have heard that you should only take it no more than a month and then cycle off of it.
Has anyone seen any results from this? Any side affects?

Not all 1AD is the same in effectiveness. I was really impressed by ergo 1AD. I used 500mgs in divided doses, three caps preworkout with food and two caps later in the day with food. I gained some weight and got quite a bit stronger. The only side effect that I noticed was that it seemed to have a negative effect on libedo.

Saw palmetto and zinc for the prostate.

Doc did you notice a big crash in libido comming off of the 1AD 4AD combo? I know that I did.

im only 17 - and im just wondering how safe it is for me to take ergo 1-AD, i took the Dbol of legalsteriods.com, and i gained some wieght, got stronger, balls shrunk a bit - but will i notice the same with this stuff - and will my balls ummm get back to thier normal size - another thing i notice was the first couple weeks they kind of "ached" a bit - what do you guys say?

If your only 17, I'd wait a few years if I were you, you have alot of natural potential for growth. Concentrate on a good diet and proper training.
