    Diet

I went back on my strict diet. I have not followed the real diet in a while now. I just been watching what I eat... But I am back on the correct formula... But since I started back I have a post lunchbreak crash... Where I can barely stay awake.

I figured it was my bloodsugar. Well I got a buddy thats diabetic and has a kit with him here at the office, and he let me test it right before I posted this and my bloodsugar is 96mg/dL. Which he says is good...and uponr research the normal levels are 82 to 110 mg/dL... What could cause me to be soooo sleepy after lunch?

Two things can make you sleepy after lunch, turkey, dairy, or other foods containing tryptophan or enough carbs to increase serotonin levels.

As Lifts says, tryptophan stimulates malatonin production and as we all know, melatonin is responsible for REM sleep.
I'd have a coffee after lunch and let the caffeine keep you awake.

The drain of blood to the digestive system will cause one to be lethargic after a meal .
