43yrs old
5'8"
187lbs
14.4% bf
on cycle, in week 17
1-20 test E 600mg/wk
1-5 deca 200mg/wk (long-ish story)
6-13 deca 400mg/wk
15-20 tren A 100mg EOD
20... TRT dose
started at 172lbs, 14.5% BF, was up to 192lbs at 15.5%, now trying to maintain lean mass and drop to 11-12%
