    Fat Loss on Gear

    ok guys im on this cycle right here. I will cycle ifg1 2 times before the 12 weeks is up. Tell me what you think is a possible amount of fat loss with what I got.

    15-17% (calipers say 15 and wave machine says 18%....calculator says 16)

    I would like to lose as much fat as possible while maintaining muscle mass or possibly gaining a few pounds of lean mass.

    my cycle is outlined as follows:

    weeks 1-12 test prop 100mg eod
    weeks 1-12 eq 600mg e/w
    weeks 1-12 250mg test enanthate e/w
    igf1 50mcg days 20-45
    igf1 60mcg days 60-85


    I am not counting calories but just limiting simple carb intake with the exception being directly after workout. I am doing cardio in the mornings on an empty stomach with eca and t3 50mcg in the morning and 50 mcg afternoon. I train around 3:00 and train two bodyparts for a total of an hour in the gym. my foods are generally clean proteins low in fat with complex carbs such as oats or sweet potatos. my cheat meals are usually 3 meals a week. I would rather throw off one meal at a time instead of a days worth of fk ups. oh yea my cardio in the morning is 30 minutes of elliptical trainer semi intense......pace around 160 cycles a minute on it. if i left anything out please let me know......ideally i would like to get to 10% bodyfat or lower at the end of the 12 weeks.

    Personally I'd run clen instead of t-3, you will maintain more muscle and probably get more cut. I would run 160mcgs in two divided doses taper up of course.

      I like your cycle. It would look good to me with the clen or t3. The only thing that I would recomend is insead of having 3 or 4 cheat meals a week just go ahead and do it for one whole day. If you do it for one day a week it will shock your metabolsm and speed it up to burn the extra calories that you are taking in, then when you go back to a you clean diet your metabolsm will acually be burning more fat than it was before your cheat day.

        thanx guys im going to give t3 one more week then going to start clen... neva you know how i am with diets though. Its going to be hard for me to go a whole week of perfection.

          I would suggest that eating for life book by bill phillips



          Some of those recipes are pretty good, I'm ok with a single cheat meal per week (pizza on Saturdays) because of those meals.

            keep your dose of t3 at 50 mcgs bro and add the clen-- i lost a ton of fat with little to no muscle loss at that dose ran it for 8 weeks

            my wife ran it at 50 mcgs for 6 weeks with no muscle loss and using no gear

            have you thought about adding tren in??

              I like Lifts idea, because t3 does produce an IGF-1 binding protein, which could/will limit the effects of the IGF-1.

                      I add arimidex to each cutting cycle, the more estrogen in the body the more reluctant fat stores are to deplete.
