    High blood pressure!

Hey fellas. Most of you know I'm probably one of the youngest here so this is why this question is worrying me abit.. I'm 25@90 kg (200lb) 10-12% bf. I'm fit not only with lifting but I can easily run 30-40 minutes at heart rate @ 150-165. But!

I just had my blood pressure taken at work (they where offering, so why not spend 20 minutes not doing work haha)

    SHe took 3 readings
    176/80
    169/79
    162/74

It was a 2 minute walk over and she took the readings over 4 minutes. My grandmother is on medication for HBP. so it could be hereditary but for someone who is fit. Which I think
I am?? Why is it like this. I don't remember it ever being so high? I think it was 147/80 a few months ago.

Diet - good I think? Too much sat. Fats.? I
    Take fish oil..
I generally feel fine I guess. What are affects of hbc. Should I be feeling anything? I don't think I'm stressed?
Would this bother you or all good??

First of all, it specifically states in the instructions for the cuff-style blood pressure testers not to test the sssame arm more than once in 20 minutes. Still, they are consistent readings.
The only sure way to test your blood is by getting it tested.
That may shed some light on your cholesaterol breakdown, i.e., HDL, LDL, Triglycerides.
Get a second opinion. It may be they give everyone a higher reading than they got so they could pump up their fitness program.
    I don't know, just rambling.

I would get it checked again different places and while rested if everyone in the family has it you may need meds..

The bottom # is low and that's the important one.Things that can help are baby aspirin, giving blood and a mild OTC diuretic.

Don't kid yourself. The top # being high can make you feel like you're on fire and your head is going to explode. Still hypertension...

What are you on? When is the last time you took AAS, stims etc? Could be as simple as white coat fever or could be a lingering AAS induced hypertension. I don't know what you have done.

Have a hearing test this morning. So same lady will do BP after hearing test.
Glyco - last aas run was towards end of last year.

                      Test e (fake)
Tren e @400. So technically I done a nandrolone only cycle.. Bp from memory wasn't this high.
I was thinking of running var a while ago might scrap that idea!
I'm not on any pre workouts. Just usual supps and vits.

I did break up with my Missus though.. Could be stress.? But I feel okay.

I would monitor it. But it's possible that your bp was elevated a bit just from the setting of where you had your bp taken.

Cabo Jo. I looked up coq10. Looks good!

My dad whipped out the old monitor his is very high too. Hmm I'm forcing him to go to doc. Actually both my folks should go Atleast for a checkup.

What other supps you guys suggest?
I don't want to go down prescription meds at my age. Not of I can help it..

One simple tiny pill a day can fix this. get some blood work done and listen to your doc. Ask around and see a doc who understands sports medicine. Get in there and let them do their thing. You Will fell much better about it. I did. Good luck...

lots of things can raise your BP up, especially at the doctor's office. I wouldn't worry about one reading, means nothing. Keep an eye on it and if it stays elevated then it is time to change some things.

You could always check out the DASH Diet.
