This is me when I was 23

Almost forgot. Well as you can see, I was not working out at all. In highschool and in college I did, Wrestling was my sport. Well needless to say I got fed up that I looked that way and started to hit the gym. 5 years later, I'm still trying to achieve my goal, which is 220lbs and maintain a solid 208lbs or so. My point is this, it may have taken me some time, but it's attainable and almost have it. Right now I'm really happy with the way I look, but I want to do my 1st competition and for that, I will need to get to 220lbs and come in at 180 or so, nice and ripped
