Started my superset madness on December 19, 2012.
Today did 3x10x10 to bring up the numbers to have 100 supersets of opposing muscle groups with 10x10 each done by the spring equinox on March 23, 2013.
Just what I'm using to get me to the gym. Anyway, I'm 25 days in Taken 1/13/13.
