I would like to drop some B/F before I start my first cycle. Besides for eating the right food, what would be a good supp/fat burner to take? Clen?

With clen it's best to start at maybe 40mcgs a day in two divided doses then work your way up to between 100 to 160mcgs ed in divided doses. I like to run clen two to three weeks on with one week off. This works well for me. Many recomend two weeks on two weeks off. No need to taper clen down.ADMIN/OWNER@Peak-MuscleComment
