    Question about Body Fat....

This may be a stupid question but can you still lose body fat while gaining weight/muscle. I dropped alot of fat/weight and now I am trying to gain it back as muscle but is it possible to lower your bodyfat while increasing your weight?

      Age-19 (20 in 19 days) Height- 6'4 Weight-168
The main reason I want to still lose body fat is so I can get my abs to show but I want to start to bulk back up and add muscle. I just didn't know if it was possible to do it when I am gaining weight back because I thought the only way you could get your body fat down is to lose all your fat then gain weight back as muscle and when you are gaining it back you are done losing fat. Guess I have alot to learn. What are some good things to take when trying to bulk up? I am taking Cell-Tech and Whey Protein right now.

From those stats, you seem to be really thin. I would STAY AWAY from AS for some years. At your age you still have plenty of growing potential, to mess it up with AS. I would eat around 3.5K calories a day. Take multi-v, some glut and creatine. Stick around and search on the site for similar topics. I can tell you that we have an array of threads pertaining to why young adults should NOT use AS this early in age.

            you still can't see abs?

Ten you need to bulid some. Try doing some leg raises with a 10lb DB, 3 sets of 35. Then try some cable crunches with a half second pause, make sure you squeeze too

Ya, I'm pissed I still have a gut, it's like all my fat that is on my body is covering my freakin abs and that's it. I swear that is the only place I have fat. I'll be posting pics sometime and then you'll see what I mean. But I'll work abs harder and see if that does anything for it.

Cut your carbs to around 75-100 grams of carb a day. Keep the cardio and situps to 5 days a week.
