    EQ at 40??

With the effects of EQ on the blood and the advanced age of 40+ is EQ even wise after 40?? I have a friend that dabbled in gear over the years who now is gonna be 45 in August and asked for some EQ and I told him it's time to rethink EQ and drol as options to cycles the older he gets.

    Thoughts?

I think eq is so mild that if you're willing to stay on it for at least 26 weeks it will have a great benefit in both strength and muscle growth. But to be honest, from my experience, if you want to run like 400-500 mg a week for 16 weeks, don't waste your money. 6-800mg a week for extended period with regular blood donations and you'll love it. My thoughts are just that it's so expensive to run correctly and get anything out of it, it's just not practical. Same with primo. I'd rather go with a low dose of test and some tbol or low dose of deca or npp or tren ace.

Buf how long is a longer duration? I've always felt that an EQ run needs to be 5-6 months to really get the benefits....thoughts?

Seems to depend on the dude. I get benefits from EQ as soon as I start using it. And I always have to stop about 10 to 12 weeks cuz my bp gets messy. It's gotten worse as I've got older.

EQ is very mild om my body so I run a fair dose for extended cycles and haven't had any issues. I have heard that you run into trouble with eq when you throw peanut butter into the equation.

I just started a run....I'm 44 but I keep an eye on my blood. Fortunte to have a med station at work and they run blood work for free and I get regular bp checks....

Right now im running TC at 900 and Eq at 600.

Hey Ozzy. Just saw the question. For me personally, I didn't get much from it until week 16. Then I ran it for another twenty weeks for a total of around 36 weeks. From 16 on out I gained about 2 lbs a week, adjusting my diet for my weight regularly. Solid gains, not fat. But very slow gains. Diet is so important though. People stop gaining after ten-twelve pounds because they don't increase their calories. Eq helps you eat more. Just eat clean. No peanut butter. JK

So from week 16 to 36, you gained 40 lbs of muscle?
