Mid 2014, Philippines - had been off the sauce for almost 4 years at this point. Hard work trumps the sauce all day long (but it sure does help!).

Mindless, I really don't get 'insanely huge' when on bro. Maybe bcoz I tend to run smaller cycles & doses than most. For example in that pic I'm around 235-240, which is my normal weight when off, and has been for decades. When I go on a cycle of around 600mg total EW of like test & deca, I only go up about 10-12 lbs. Main thing I notice on smaller cycles like that is gains in strength, density & vascularity opposed to alot of size. You notice in that pic you don't see any veins. Maybe one of these days I'll run a real cycle to see if I can get that 'insane' look you speak of haha.Comment
