So I work legs and back a lot. Call me influenced by power lifting.
Thing is, when I'm on, my back pumps can kill with this kind of workload. Good mornings, back squats, front squats, reverse hypers... even doing split squats after any of these lifts is just killer. I'm off right now, but I just finished 3 sets of reverse hypers and my back is going to explode. I'd never be able to do this on cycle the way things are.
I'm going to dose up the taurine like never before come next cycle, but I'd love to hear everyone's strategy for dealing with this.
I run long esters, but no orals, and still this gets debilitating.
