thanks guys ( and girls ) right now i am 5 ' 8" @ 213. I should be right around 195 or so. basically once I hit 200 lbs. I stay off the scale and go by the mirror. so definately a light heavy !

thank you all ! I am in the paving business so it is fucking hell eating the way i do and trying make a living at the same time, let alone keeping up with house 1 at the gym ( or at least trying ).
