    Build YOUR gym!

    Rules are you can have 15 pcs of equipment (racks/benches/machines). No multi-station machines allowed, like for example Universals that have leg press, bench press, military, pulldowns, etc all in one. Cardio equipment IS allowed. Bars, handles, plates, chains, bands, ropes, pullup & dipping bars are included. You can only choose 5 pair of dumbells/kettlebells, so list which weights you prefer on them. No selectorized dumbells lol. Build your gym now!

    Here's mine:

    Equipment (racks/benches/machines)

    1 - squat rack
    2 - Hammer Strength bench press
    3 - incline bench
    4 - adjustable/movable bench
    5 - Nautilus pullover
    6 - Nebula leg press
    7 - leg curl
    8 - hack sled
    9 - seated calf raise station
    10 - Precor smith machine
    11 - lat pull down station
    12 - seated cable row station
    13 - hyperextension bench
    14 - cable crossover station
    15 - stair climber

    Dumbells (5 pair only)

    30's, 45's, 65's, 100's, 130's

      I do really like that marpo (I don't know spelling) where it is the rope resistance on a circuit
      And a treadmill

        I'm a gym type guy, I don't like the home by yourself workouts. I like to watch a little tail when I hit the weights.
