    Var question

    Gonna be starting my var next week, and I'm contemplating how I'm going to run it. All at once pre workout, or spaced throughout the day. Is one more beneficial than the other? I've done dbol both ways and I didn't really seem to notice much difference. Probably gonna run the tren for however many more shots I get out of the bottle, and drop it. Still no sides but I'm thinking it's probably not the healthiest to stay on it longer than 8 weeks.

    I tried both ways with drol & dbol before - no diff. But I prefer to spread it out just for the mental aspect of it if nothing else.

      Var I like to dose twice a day.
      T bol once a day seems fine.
      D bol I like twice a day.
      Anadrol I prefer once a day.
      No science behind any of it. Just personal trials.

        On the tren when your piss gets towards a brownish color it's time to stop.

            I've had that a couple times, but I drink a lot of water, and it keeps it pretty clear. Definitely darker some mornings but not consistently. Basically the same color as the tren in the bottle. I'm gonna finish up 2 more shots and call it a day with it. It's extremely tempting to stay on especially with minimal sides but I think it's the best call. It's not test, and I shouldn't treat it as such because it is harsh, even though I may not be having bad sides. The stuff is insane for strength and a great recomp drug but the cramping is starting to suck a little more. I'm definitely gonna give it another go. So this will be phase 2 of my cycle with the var now. Will be fun.

            As for the var, I will probably space it out throughout the day.

              Consider yourself blessed/lucky/whateva for not having any injuries while running it. I've ran tren only twice, and tore a muscle both times - pec and calf. No other cycles did that happen. Those sick strength gains are the culprit I guess. Happens with many while running tren.

                I take the entire dose about an hour or two preworkout in the morning.

                    It's ridiculous. I benched 275 for 10 because 265 felt light. I was gonna keep increasing because I know I can do more but I stopped myself for feat of injury. Each rep was slow and controlled. I got up after and said holy shit. Never experienced strength like that this quick.

                      In 2013 I did a test E tren E cycle and then switched to test anavar. It was a really good cycle. I was really lean and held at about 215 which was good for me back then. Very strong and very nice shape. I also had added in LR3 somewhere in there. I remember people coming up t me in the gym asking me WTF I was on. Funny because it was only 200 mg/w Test C and 40 mg/d Anavar with a couple/three weeks of LR3. The tren E part sucked doorknobs.

                        What was you benching for 10 right before cycle started?

                          I always take my orals all at once right before I leave the house to go train. I have split them up and did not notice a difference, except when I take them all at once before I hit the gym I have more strength during my workouts. I do all my shots the same way, right before I go to the gym I pin everything I am taking that day, it more mental for me with the exception of tne which I know gives me a power boost while training.
