Its the small thing in life

Its the small things in life that we take for granted! I developed a peanut allergy roughly 10 years ago. I missed eating it because it was quick way to get some protein and shut my stomach up during my cut phases. so fast forward 10 years, my wife comes home with something and makes me a sandwich with it. Being busy and all I didnt look to see what it was I just grabbed it and started inhaling it. I jump up and said "Woman! You trying to kill me! This is peanut butter!" She bust out laughing and shows me the jar of something called SunButter. My nerves calmed... This stuff taste JUST like peanut butter! Needless to say I sent her straight out to pick up a few more, mainly because I gobbled the one jar she got.

Had you panic there! Funny. Sweet for her to do that for you. Don’t take that for granted either. I do peanut butter powder bc of hardly any fat and sugar. Not sure if they make almond butter powder or any other kind, or even maybe you might not be allergic to powder formula, but a thought...

Nut allergies are a serious problem in my profession. Nice to hear that an alternative exists that tastes good!

              I love me some pbj.
Dont vfc eat it too often due to fat content. But it's one of those guilty pleasures I indulge in.
Funny but true story. I let my girlfriend move in with my wife and myself. She's 32 years younger than me, 35 years younger than my wife. I told my wife she's my long lost daughter.
They basically hate each other, which makes for some interesting weekends. Anyway, my wife found out the girlfriend/daughter, is allergic to coconut. She went out and bought some canned coconut. She says for making her mixed drinks and smoothies.
              Time will tell.
