    Stardate 22 December 2018; It Begins...5

The Winter Solstice has happened, the darkness has befallen to light, roots of Winter have set and the darkness before the dawn of Spring is upon us. This is the day we’ve waited for; the seed has been set for germination. My year-long plan is in the final stage, the time is nigh. Only work can save us, only work can stave the hunger to once again charge the castle. We are the light brigade, the protective fire and the heavy armament against doubt, limitation and the constant drum of mediocrity. A year ago I was bloated, candatic, cancerous and heavily bone infected. All have reduced but not eradicated. Battling exhaustion limited the flow so I made a long-range plan for rejuvenation. I made it to the starting gate. Down 30lbs now from 4/18 and past 5 beltloops over 2 weeks now. Weighed 255 today down from 285 in April. Started my Winter-to-Spring Plan yesterday. Plan from the Winter Solstice to the Spring Equinox I will do 100 supersets with 2 opposing exercised on the same plane, 10x10 each. In addition will do legs every 5th day, plus, 5 nights week before bed will do 30 leg raises SS with pushups the 1st month, 40 each the 2nd month and 50 the 3rd month. Already finished 3 SS’s. It’s embarrassing but I will post a front pic in member pics later. Starting point: 59, 6’, 255; you can see my right lower leg still swelled with the tibia infection. I’m doing what I can but the main thing is I’m doing something and that’s what matters.

Awesome! I like threads like this. Congrats on what you accomplished so far. Huge progress. Keep reeling in the results. I used to do pushups/sit-ups pyramids every night bf bed. That's was years back. Did increments of 3s and work way up to 18-24 then back down. Gonna get back in doing that. Kept me looking pumped then and like to do it again. I'll start a thread like this here soon. Keep up the good work. Let us keep you motivated with feedbacks. Look good. Keep kicking azzes, brother!!!

The older I get the better I used to be.
