Have any of you guys tried it? I've been pretty heavy into keto lately and I've been thinking about doing a bulker soon since coming off of shoulder surgery. I figure that I'm going to up my protien until I get kicked out of ketosis then I'll lower it back down and see what amount of protien I need to stay in ketosis. I just never have run Dbol without carbs. I always felt like I needed them when I ran it in the past.
I know some of you guys have run the keto diet, just trying to get some input. I'm probably going to bump my TRT dose up to 350 a week too since I am considering this a bulker...just wondering what you guys think.
