    Crippling Back Pumps

When I run anything other than Test I get the most crippling back pumps. They ruin my workouts and get so bad I can barely limp to the locker room after they've set in.

    Here's my current cycle:

    250mg/wk Test C
    300mg/wk Decca

If I do heavy squats, deads or anything that stresses my erectors they lock up and my back is fucked for 1-2 weeks. It's so bad I can barely load/unload the dishwasher without having to run to the couch to put my legs up for 10 minutes to recover.

Here are some things I've tried on their own and together with no luck.

    8 grams of Taurine/Day
    1 gram of Magnesium/day
    1 Nolva/day while on cycle

Anyone else experience this and find a solution?

I usually only get this from orals. My solution is to stop taking the compound that causes it.

Drink lots of water. Stay hydrated really well. Some say taurine helps like you have listed, but honestly, even both of these have only helped me minimally if any. I was just dealing with the same thing last week from anavar. Has subsided a lot since discontinuing.

Are you sure you don't possibly have some type of slight lumbar strain and you are confusing it with back pumps? Or maybe both? I mean I've had the back pumps before, but nothing like fukked for 1-2 weeks from that dayyum.

this honestly sounds like you have super tight hamstrings. I used to have this problem. I still don't squat after how bad it fucked me up. I had to really focus on getting my hams loosened up with deep tissue therapy and a lot of stretching. Also, not drinking enough water guaranteed that I would have your exact issues after training

I broke two lumbar vertebrae in high school and tore all the erectors. It's a long story, but yeah I've got permanent damage. I actually got into lifting as a way to avoid surgery.

It just sucks as I can't lift like I want to. I have to limit heavy squat or DL days to once every 10 days or risk overdoing it. Once the back pumps happen it literally takes two weeks for them to fully subside.

Deadlift is really one of those exercises that you need to have enough left in the tank to focus on immaculate form. Otherwise don't do them. I've learned this the hard way. You probably got something else aggravating it after reading your response. I've never once had an issue with back pumps from test and deca. Always orals.
