Not as impressive or even close to as interesting as 5-10 years ago. Mr Olympia gone way down hill with dumber competitors and same type of physiques across the board.

        Then don't watch.lol

I agree though - I'd rather be watching a Coleman vs everyone or Yates vs everyone in their prime, but what dafuq ya gonna do? It's the SB of bodybuilding, only once a year, and I do love this game. Always have. So fukk yeah I'll be watching.

I’m sorta rooting for rolley to win. It’s sorta exciting cause no one really knows who will take it. There is no returning mr Olympia so the title is up for grabs

Hey Mobman I am with ya - would love to see Dex get it again at only one month shy of being 50! I used to think Dex was cocky and all - didn't like him much. But then after he came out more socially, he is cool af, and humble too. He is the first to admit that if Jay was on in '08 that he wouldn't have had a chance. He even said it again in the O press conference yesterday. Another reason I am pulling for him is the guy has did something that I don't know that has been done yet - he has actually brought his legs back even at 49 y.o! His legs have gradually gotten worse the past 3 years, and damn at the Tampa Pro recently that he won, his legs looked like they did 10 years ago. How dafuq he pulled that off at his age is friggin' mind boggling.

Roelly had that sunken face so if he is peeled it could be his. Brandon will kill him from the back, but from the front Roelly is a freakshow. Bonac might slip since he dropped Neil and doing his own prep. I'm guessing Brandon/Dex/Roelly for top 3 in no order.

Oh no sorry bro I wasn't talking about this thread or even in the shoutbox I've been venting for weeks and the last year about the Olympia.

It just....different. It's all different all the legends are mostly gone and none have come to take their place and I don't see any. The feel for it, the atmosphere, the politics, it's all changed. That's all I mean bro! Nothing but love man haha for bodybuilding and all...

From prejudging, I have it like this:

                    1) Curry barely
                    2/3) Hadi and Bonac for a toss-up
                    4) Kuclo
                    5 and 6) A toss-up between Dexter and Roelly.

I tnhink Roelly got a gift to be in the top 4 posing. He is holding a ton of water, smooth, and his quads look atrophied.

The person who got ripped of tonight? = CEDRIC!

How in the hell was he not called out to battle in the top 6?

THIS ALL SAID....a lot can happen and change over night on who shows up tomorrow! Who can deplete properly, who don't get stringy, and who can stay full....a lot on the line.

I'll say this, Hadi impressed me. I wasn't going with the hype, but he is the real deal. On back comparisons, he made a much bigger Kuclo look smaller.

Bonac got stronger as the night went on too. It will be interesting to see how he holds up the next 24 hours without anybody coaching him.

Ced is a water balloon man. He should be embarrassed asking for an invite and showing up like that.

Hadi looking friggin great - shortest guy and wide as everyone else with best conditoning!

I think Akim got ROBBED not making top 6 - a tank, best condition ever and looked better than Kuclo imo.

Curry lookin' good but man his legs/hams look so weak standing next to Hadi.

                      I got:

                      1 - Hadi/Curry
                      2 - Hadi/Curry
                      3 - Bonac
                      4 - Roelly
5 - Kuclo (should be Akim here)
                      6 - Dex

End of the day I am not impressed other than Hadi. Phil must be kicking his own ass for not showing up - he coulda prepped for 4 weeks and won this EASY.

Honestly after looking over the pics, if they give this to Curry it's a jip. His legs are SO weak, they kind of remind of Franco (RIP) winning in '81. ESPECIALLY from the back dayyuummm. Nobody upper there has the conditioning of Hadi, except a close Bonac, and Bonac wins the BDB, with Hadi winning the BLS. I think it should be between those 2. Currys legs are sooo down in size compared to his upper bawd that there is nothing thaht could even be done to help them for the finals.

                        It's a battle of the midgets! 5'4, 5'5 and 5'7 haha.

Hadi was the best top to bottom to me, the whole top 4-5 look as though they needed to dry up a bit still.....it's been quite sometime since I've paid attention to the pro scene ( Cutler's first win) but the conditioning amongst the top guys doesn't seem to be what it once was....am I wrong?

You are NOT wrong. A prime Shawn Ray, Levrone, Flex, Cormier, or even Clairmont would win this show EASILY. You have 2 guys in condition (Hadi & Bonac) and they both have sub-par structures to any of the guys I mentioned above. The rest of the line-up is up for grabs. If Brandon had legs to match his crazy-round torso & arms, he would be an all-time great, but they are not even close to being Mr O worthy IMO.

After further review, I will add that Hadi has a RLS that is on par with Yates or Coleman! His RLS is wider than anybody up there and he is only 5'4.

I think Bonac has a good RDB pose, but the other back poses, I think Hadi has him mostly everywhere else. Bonac also has a weird structure, and he has a blocky waste and not a good midsection. It's a guessing game with this guy. How is he going to react to the 24 hours after prejudging, does he know what to do to make slight improvements without a coach? The guy has freaky genetics that allows him to probably get away with sub-optimal stuff....well from what I gathered. Then again, maybe he is a mad scientist and an undercover smart dude and hides it, lol. If he stays the same, I have him top 3. Again, it will be decided on who shows up tonight.

The top 3 were so close, it will come down to tonight and who improved, or who lost their conditioning. I didn't have Kuclo in the top 3, but as the night went on, he got better....will that happen tonight? I don't know. He is thin on the back, and if the others improve their conditioning, he could slip in my opinion. I had him in front of Roelly last night, but i'd be surprised if Roelly doesn't shed some of the water he was holding. If not, and Kuclo stays the same, I give it to Steve for 4th.

For Dexter, I think he will improve, and if he does, he could place anywhere if the others are off. So he could improve from a 5/6 spot a few imo, but it will depend on the others. I don't have him in the top 3 if the others bring it.

Curry, I had him maybe with a slight advantage. How will he look tonight? If Hadi improves, will it be enough to beat a Curry who looks the same or slightly off from prejudging? Will the limiting factor be Curry's hams? So much to anticipate

Hadi. I didn't buy into the hype and thought he'd be dwarfed, but this guy is the real effin' deal. Glad the hype panned-out. I don't know, but I have a strange feeling, he will come in better tonight. Just a BMJ feeling...which doesn't mean shit, lol. He tore-up Kuclo from the rear, and he is much smaller.

Roelly was a HUGE disappointment. His lack of conditioning (or holding water?) made his quads and sweep look very bad, and he was a blocky mess. Just goes to say you can't go by a sunken in face. Maybe they messed something up the last day after those pics? I welcome to see what he looks like if he drops some water!

I felt Cedric should have been in the top 6...he was a little off, but so was everybody else, look at Roelly and Dexter. I would have really liked to see him stand next to Roelly to get a comparison, or even next to Kuclo. I think he got ripped-off. Hopefully tonight he gets m ore looks with the top guys.

Akim/Achim (sp), he looked phenomenal. I think he brought it. I don't have him top 5, but he surprised me, very good job. I wonder what he'll look like tonight?
