    i'm starting a new one, working each body part on once a week. been working everything twice a week and its time for a change.

    6-7 exercises for large body parts
    4-5 exercises for small body parts
    abs 2 days heavy, 2 days light

    monday chest
    tuesday back
    wednesday shoulders
    thursday tri's
    friday bi's and forearms
    saturday legs and calfs

    i'm working two on one off.
    monday, chest & tri's
    tuesday, back & bi's
    wednesday, off
    thursday, legs
    friday, shoulders
    sunday, start the cycle over.
    four exercises for large body parts
    two/three exercises for small body parts.

    i started this yesterday. it breaks down to where i am hitting two groups twice a week. so far i like it.

        i do everything once a week, for thirty to forty five minutes a day. i never do chest everymonday, i change it every week. also if on monday i do chest , and i wake up tuesday and its not sore, i&#39;ll go oneafternoon and do it again. i ususally try for one body part per day per week.
