I went for a full physical last Monday with EKG and full blood workup. The EKG and blood work was really good. But I have a hernia, I have to wait until April 8th to get an evaluation by a surgeon. I don't think it's to bad as it isn't painful or causing me any problems. I'll have to wait and see what the surgeon says.
I have a hernia.

It's just a inguinal hernia, easiest to repair. If I need it fixed, I'll tell them to do as soon as possible and be back in the gym in a few days doing light upper body.ADMIN/OWNER@Peak-MuscleComment

From what I understand umbilical hernias are more complicated and more difficult to fix. But still fairly easy. I had my gallbladder removed several years ago. That a quick and easy recovery.ADMIN/OWNER@Peak-MuscleComment

I've had my umbilical hernia for years. My goal is to wait until I retire and let Medicaid pay for it instead of coming out if pocket for my deductible. It should be a relatively minor surgery. Probably chill on the weight loads for a bit.OFFO

I did 45 degree leg presses the other day went up to 8 45's on each and didn't feel pressure in the area of the hernia. I won't know if I even need surgery until I see the surgeon April 8.ADMIN/OWNER@Peak-MuscleComment
