    Share with me your KILLER routines! Mwuhahahaha

    Guys, I'd really appreciate it if you could share with me your training routines for each body part because at the moment my training doesn't feel to be going anywhere, its just the same thing over and over

    I'm primarily after a building programme. The harder and more intense the better! I don't want to be able to walk out of the gym after a workout, if the routine makes me cry with agony I'll do it, if I cant move the next day I'll still make sure I can do it again the next week... You get where I'm going lol

    My diet is pretty good at the moment I'm eating plenty of carbs during the day but really limiting them in the evening before bed, although I eat lots of protein from the moment I get up (in the form of a protein shake) right up until I hit the sack!
