    Hello

    Happy to be here. I’ve been and am a member at multiple forums. My main forum being PM. I’m 35yr old. Been doin the bodybuilding lifestyle for long time. Been using gear for 10-12 years. Currently 221lbs at 5ft 9in between 11-13%BF. I don’t compete because I’ve torn and had so many surgeries from lifting in the past 5 years I’m just in it for fun health and mental sanity. I’m always open to learning and knowledge and to help if I can as well.

      Welcome to the board! At 35 you’re not exactly “old” so I’m curious if your recent surgeries were from lifting.
