Anyone else seeing the new craze?

I bought into it

I have the bottle that infuses hydrogen into the water

I’ve been doing it for a week now

Are you more hydrogenated? And how would you know?

I have no idea

But there is a belief that it turns back time on the body. It reduces inflammation in the body. It increases metabolism. Better sleep. Better digestion.

The broscience list goes on and on

Which brand machine do you have?
I’ve considered getting a kangen water machine.

They say alkaline water is good for your body because we are slightly more acidic because of all the proteins and sugar. But if your stomach is full of acid? Doesn’t it neutralize any base you put in? Doesn’t our body have its own way to balance itself?

Don’t put alkaline water in that machine it’s not good
