More than blood work

Now I know some don't have access or insurance .But I was talking to a good friend about this a while back and he said besides blood work
You should get:

Full body MRI
Ultrasound of Abdomen
Colonoscopy
Breast exam
Endoscopy

All of these can find different things , I know we all don't have access but if you can check them out
