I have a new set of PECS..

I've been on a new kind of training routine where I hit all 3 sub-groups of the type 2 b fibers and I swear my pecs look total different than before. I mean its a noticeable difference in a very short period of time.

After all these years my weak point is finally growing and getting stronger..Not sure if its the high reps on the compound movements or the power lifting I had neglected in the past because of a bad back but I will never go back to the standard 6-10 rep..I have never been so strong in my life..MAKES ME THINK IT THE 3-5 REPS.

heavy weight/low reps is THE mass builder imo . make sure to change excercises up often when constantly lifting near maxx attampts so as not to stress the cns .
NOT ONLY IS STUPIDITY INCURABLE BUT ITS ALSO CONTAGIOUS OVER THE INTERNET.

Its my understand that switching exercises often when lifting near max attempts does nothing in terms of helping the CNS..What I understand it to do is help with the avoidance of OVERUSE INJURIES. If you know of a study done to prove otherwise please let me know..

do a web search for louie simmons / westside barbell club . hes been a big proponent of this training for years and since his gym has probablly produced more elite powerlifters than any in the WORLD he definately has some knowledge . there is even a woman who he has trained who has totalled 2000

Ahh... heres a link on that west-side barbell debate. I do not believe changing from a decline to an incline press will do anything to help the CNS but the possible benefits are mentioned in the link below.

You will get reqruitment pattern burnout doing low (1-3) reps of any lift for more than 3-4 weeks and CNS is also relieved when switching to a different lift.

That is why Loius guys can train low reps all out 52 weeks a year without burnout.
