    opinions

I need some opinions, I am having a debate with someone on how much your mind plays a role when maxing out on squating, deadlifting and espescially benching. I think that the state of mind you are in when you enter the gym and what you think before the lift has a lot to do with how well you will perform on the lift. I know there are limits to what a certain person can lift but I believe that if you tell yourself you can or can not lift a certain weight then that will play a big role in whether the lift you attempting is successful or not. Let me know your opinions!

I believe that if you are in the right state of mind and mentally focused you will be able to lift as much as you are physically able too.
BigSickD does not actually exist. He is the alter ego of a punkass 17yo kid that doesn't even workout.
