    Reverse Curls?

Any of you bro's do reverse curls and if so what do u think? what did they do for you? good or bad? Heard they were good for outer forearm development. Thanks for the feedback.

I used to do them standing or with the preacher bench, I thought they were pretty good.

                      I prefer hammer curls myself

After training back, your forearms get hit good with most back exercises, I then do 3sets of heavy hammer curls, 3sets of closegrip reverse curls with an easy curl bar and finish with rope curls where I really flip my wrists and the peak of the contraction.
BigSickD does not actually exist. He is the alter ego of a punkass 17yo kid that doesn't even workout.

Heavy reverse curls and hammer curls can put a lot of strain on the elbows. I can't do them anymore due to elbow pain, and stick to the wrist roller and wrist curls.
