Trimspa update...

u guys were right this product isnt worth the bottle it came in....

i am down 2 pounds but that because i was only takeing in about 80 grams of carbs perday....

what Trimspa does do for you
1)some bad stomachaches
2)really bad gas(worse then the protein farts)
3)it does decrease ur appetite abit but not like the company claims
other then that i didnt notice anything from it
