Just wanted to give a quick intro.
I'm a 27 y/o Euro male with the following stats:
5'10, 204#, 14% bf, 32"w
I'm a traditional "hard gainer", but I'm really always looking for new ways to shred and stack, be it with chemistry or not. I've stalled several times on different programs and think that it might help to start supping more. So far this board looks pretty OTH and I can't wait to read/learn more.

Werd, I'm cool as ice (without the vanilla ice haircut and baggy hammer pants that is). Mainly came here to gain some knowledge. I'm highly UNEDUCATED when it comes to supps, gear, prohormones, etc. Must learn more.

I'll check out your board, is it a martial arts thing? I've always wanted to learn Ninjitsu. Tired of having to walk around strapped here in Ghetto Houston... Want to learn to assault with the 'fist of fury' LOL

Also my board we look at all sorts of training angles. Just depends on if you are talking bodybuilding or athletic programs. Ninjitsu lol ah no, but there are plenty of effective arts out there, and Houston has some very good instructors.

I'm really trying to educate myself regarding T, T-cycling, E-blocking, and other health related concerns with going on gear/pseudo-gear.

I've been perusing the site and found some useful stuff, but nothing cut/dry just yet and honestly I just don't to come out and ask "how do you do this or that" .
