    Sarms as a standalone

Anyone have any experience with running a Sarm as a stand-alone? Specifically Ostarine, but will hear any experience/feedback on any of them. Looking to find out mostly about suppression and side effects coming off/PCT.

    Thanks

I did it a while back. I saw some hardening and recomp but not super impressed. It does seem to have a positive effect on joints. I still use it from time to time for this effect. It will probably keep you suppressed if you are using it as a bridge. Long term use you might run into an estrogen deficit. Add in ligandrol and you have something of an effective little cycle. The SARMs will kill your blood lipids though just like oral AAS.

Thanks. I’ve never really read up on ligandrol before.

As a stand-alone, PCT still required?

I've run ostarine, Rad 140 and LG 4033, haven't touched any AAS since 2006 so for my "virgin" receptors I've had some great success in terms of results, I will say the recents sides I had with Rad 140 make me very unlikely to run it again.

          In ranks of effectiveness :

          1) Rad 140 - strength increases and muscle hardening were unreal on 20mg per day, I look like I'm "on something" when doing RAD. My mood and aggression however we becoming very hard to control around the 3 week mark, not sure if this was purely a function of the rad itself or my test being suppressed but I was moody AF and feeling very confrontational and short fused, both of these are pretty out of character for me....felt better about a week after stopping. Not sure if I'd ever run this solo again, but man were the results great

LGD 4033 - similar to dbol for me with a little less water retention, overall good strength gain, some size and I didn't "feel" supressed. I haven't done any bloods or PCT with my sarms runs in the past but will incorporate PCT in the future. I felt not negative sides with LGD while on or off

Ostarine - results were not as pronounced as the other two SARM but the muscle sparing effects were noticeable when I used it to cut last summer. It is apparently the least suppressive of SARM and would likely be the best choice at a lower dose if you're looking for something to help "bridge" with. I felt no negative sides with Ostarine while on or off

Everything above is all anecdotal as I didn't monitor with bloods but SARMS certainly work, but they also appear to have enough sides and suppression to not be considered a free ride. Good luck!
