How do you do a glute injection

Still using the quads.
I've noticed that the B complex is absorbed so quickly that by the time a week has gone by It is ready for the test .

dude i hit my "glutes" all the time...why couldnt u just say ass? lol....anyway try this--grab the syringe in ur hand with the needle stickin out between thumb and first finger (like a caveman would eat with a fork) then put ur thumb at the tip of the needle...find the spot on ur butt that u want to pop and stick it in there. u dont have to look bc u have ur thumb to help u feel where u are supposed to shoot. then after u have stuck the needle in, if u want to aspirate, wrap the syringe plunger (or w/e that thing is that u push down is called) up with ur pinky finger and palm and use ur thumb and 1st finger to pull the syringe and plunger apart to check for blood. (this is the only time u have to look back to see whats goin on during the whole process) then push liquids in and go!

u can do this whole process with 1 hand and only have to look back 1 time and really if u have ever drawn up blood before and u know how easily blood enters the syringe u dont even have to look back when u aspirate cause u can feel it. this is the way i have always injected...not sayin its the best or anything but its very simple, only requires 1 hand, and its quick.
