I've tried low carbs but not keto. One of the reasons why is this - let's say I'm gonna shoot for 3600 cals ed. Ok so 300g of protein is 1200 of it - 33% of total cals. I now have 2400 cals to get in from fat. Thats around 266g of fat ed. How in the heck can one get in that much fat? I mean do you drink a cup of olive oil and ingest 50 fish oil caps? I think 2 lbs of lean ground beef provides like 100g of fat. That's still 166g left to go. Do you instead buy the cheap 80/20 ground beef? They say eat nuts, olive oil, fish oil, but they don't tell you it's gonna be a shitload of it. I'm all ears if someone could explain a feasible way of getting in THAT much fats on a daily basis? Not that I'm gonna do it - just curious.
