Horizontal leg press (176,198,220)
Clean & Press (40,40,40)
Frontal dumbbell raises
Hyperextensions
Hanging leg raises
Pike sit ups
10 exercises, 10 reps of each in 3 rotations without rest.
Cool down 20 min treadmill
