I remember the time when 150mg of caffeine was a lot for me. For a few hours, I’d be really energetic. Now, I need approximately double the amount of caffeine to experience a similar boost. Caffeine dependence and tolerance definitely develops rapidly. I can relate. Tapering down probably wouldn’t be a bad idea for the mass majority.
