Very true. It seems you guys in here have rare doctors. Very few know the true benefits of magnesium. I like citrate as it helps me poop as well. Before discovering magnesium citrate I was chronically constipated. Now usually after a spoon in the morning, I get the urge to go about 10-20 minutes later.
