I just started training for about 3 months in boxing, kickboxing and muythai. My trainer is actually the former kickboxing champ of Australia so it's pretty cool.
But one thing I notice is that my arm gets tired faster than my body. Any advice on how to improve my endurance especially for my shoulders?
