Hi everybody, I am going to be keeping track of my cycle for 12+ weeks.
I am heading to army ranger school around jan/feb time frame, And it's time to get into beast mode.
Stats:
23 years old
170lbs
6'0 tall
Played football my whole life, lots of weight room experience. Olmypics lifting and crossfit.
Back when I played ball I was about 215, then I got hurt playin college ball. Decided to join the army
where I lost 75 lbs in basic training. Got stationed in north carolina, then emidiatly got deployed to afganistan,
where I just got back about a week ago. During my deployment, I was in the shitty gym we had everyday. And went
from 155 to the 170 I am right now. So now i'm ready to step my game up and get ready to go through the 60 days of hell
they call ranger school.
I will be doing some heavy stuff, Then also alot of cross fit, medecine ball work and body exercise, bar work and rope.
As well as High High rep burn out sessions, and super sets. Going to touch up on a bit of everything.
Will also be doing alot of cardio before and after my lifting sessions. As well as 3-5-8-10-15 mile ruck marches with a 70-80 lb ruckack,
CYCLE:
500MG SUST - satuday & wednesday week: 1-12
35mg DBOL - ED - week 1-6
CLOMID - 14 days after last pin 100mg ED week: 1-2 50mg ED 3-4
Diet: Steak and Potatoes all the way. Gonna be strict, but not tooo strict. Gonna just get as many calories. But no fast food, very greasy food. Lots of vegies and salad. 3 solid meals a day, with a big breakfast, and snacks in between.
Have 3 2 and half pounders of ON (pro complex) protein
fish oils, milk thistle, vitamins a-d
optimen vitamins
glutalyn 1500
c4 pre workout
Routine:
I don't really have it set yet but Im going to play it by ear, prolly 6 days on 1 off. (ranger school theres no time off to let your body heal) so im tryin to keep that in mind.
Prolly 1 6minute mile before i get in the gym. I like to instead of resting between sets with my buddy ( jumprope) the whole time theyre doing there set. Try to keep it high intensity.
might switch it up with 1 or 2 muscle groups in a day.
I like to do all chest on mondays.
Back and bi's
Or just back if im going have with dealifts that day.
I try to throw in alot of olympic stuff too, Ill dedicate one day to all that.
Clean's, Jerks. some real high intensity stuff with so high reps as possible.
Ill dedicate one whole day to legs for sure. Im very top heavy right now (never really had big legs even when squating bout 450 playin football)
I like to hit super sets with bi's and tri's the whole day like ( incline dumbell curls) + (skull crushers on the bench)
i usually hit abs and core everyday if im not too too sore, if not reps, plank and side planks stuff like that, hanging leg lifts sometimes.
Well monday starts the officialness. So come that day im going to post the workout for the day. the reps, the weight and all that jazz.
1rep flatbench 255
1rep squat 315 (yea i know, were gonna work on that prolly legs twice a week is what im thinking)
1rep deadlift in the 4's dont really 1 rep it tho i could prolly hit more if i had wrist straps, i have small hands :/
well now im gonna post some pics, I hope everyone will check out what I got goin on and chime in and show some love and give some advice, thank you
