I thought that title would get your attention
I did my last injection today, I don't have any numbers but I lost b/f gained lbm and the insulin sensitivity was good. I did do some blood sugar tests after my post w/o shake which has about 75g of dextrose and 25g of protein. They got up as high as 212 thirty minutes after I drank it and as low as 72 two hours after I drank it.
My upper body is more defined, arms are tight all the time. I loved it and well do it again, I think if you got some experiance with gear you should give it a go at least once.
