Thats your answer right there...also if you add to many cals all of the sudden you gonna get fatter instead of bigger..id say add 300 cals every 3 weeks or so slowly or when u feel you arent gaining anymore..and do some light cardio ,an easy walk on the treadmill for 20 -25 mins keep your heart under 120 x 3 times per week.Comment
