              meal 1 :
              4 egg white, oats

              meal 2:
              6oz chicken b, nuts, fishoils, tblspn nat pb

              meal 3:
              1 cup brown rice 4oz.tuna

              meal 4:
              same as 2

              meal 5:
              pwo shake maybe simple carb or 2

              meal 6:
              8oz talapia or chicken b... with greens

              i dont eat many carbs at all... might explain my lack of strength... but i am still growing size

                    yea a dozen would be more appropriate. try the pasteurized egg whites you can drink those in the am.

                    other than meal 2 you aren't consuming any fats. we need to sharpen this up a little.

                        dont understand why no carbs with meal 2 and yes for meal 3.

                        20 weeks sounds alright.

                        how mcuh cardio youre doing right now?

                        u need to add more protein for meal 1 and 3.

                        if u dont like eggs ..replace them for wahtever u like ) clean protein ..of course

                          WEAK you should check out my nutritionist he isnt too bad hes got some attitude issues and takes naked pics of himself but its cool i guess.

                              i do only 30 minutes cardio daily.. weak... i know..but i thought you said it wasnt wise to mix fats and carbs in 1 meal?
