been doing this tilapia, chicken and eggs crap....throwing in green beans and a few other veggies.....weekends I do have lean ground beef and a steak. once a week (usually leg day) I have some whole grains or a potato.....gonna stick with it all the way till the end of fall hopefully!Comment
