Very interesting. The ebb and flow of BB advice. We learn something new and then return to the traditional over and over again.
I think machines definitely have a very important place for isolation work but free weights are without a doubt the bedrock of quality muscle. He is in the same vein as Ruff when it comes to bicycles. Both proponents.
