You may have diverticulitis. I should add if that is what it is you'll need to see a Dr and get on some antibiotics quickly before you become septic from infection. I almost died from it in 2001 because I didnt go to the Dr until I thought I was going to die. The truth was that I was very close. Get it checked out and stop trying to self diagnose. Not fussing, but us old folks tend to get a little bossy sometimes.
